Hi, I’m Carolyn Fikes-Moody, deeply rooted in Benton and Bryant with a lifelong commitment to the family business. Since 1995, I’ve dedicated myself to continuing our legacy in foodservice, inspired by generations before me, especially my grandmother, Mama B, the pioneer behind our famous lemon tea served since 1967 in Saline County. I proudly manage our family’s KFC, embracing the rich tradition of serving our community. My passion for foodservice led to the creation of Mama B’s Tea & Coffee, a dream project to offer specialty teas, coffees, and a taste of home to our customers. At Mama B’s, I’m committed to providing high-quality, safe, and delightful experiences, ensuring every visit feels like coming home.

I’ve been a part of the Mama B’s team for the last 5 months. It’s been such a rewarding experience getting to know our customers and being part of their daily routines. My kids are huge fans of the Little B’s menu, always eager for it as their special treat. In my role here, I’m involved in various aspects of our café’s operations. From brewing teas to crafting delicious sandwiches and ensuring everything is well-prepped, stocked, and spotlessly clean, I take pride in contributing to the welcoming atmosphere that Mama B’s is known for.
